1. Perishable Product Policy

Since sweets and food items are perishable, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in pickup after agreed collection time

  • Items that were consumed or partially eaten


2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is visibly spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery/pickup

  • There is a clear hygiene or safety issue


3. Conditions for Requesting a Refund

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide photo evidence of the issue (for delivery orders)

  • The item must remain untouched or uneaten in its original packaging


4. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued as cash refund, replacement of product, or store credit

  • Processing may take 1–3 working days


5. Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom or bulk orders (e.g. weddings, events) require advance payment and are non-refundable unless there is a product quality issue that can be clearly verified at the time of delivery or collection.

  • Name and contact number

  • Description of the issue

  • Order details and photos (if applicable)
